Ken Weaver

I have lived and breathed Real Estate my entire life! As soon as I received my College diploma in Business I joined my Dad in a Commercial & Industrial Real Estate firm. For 10 years I absorbed what it meant to develop residential, commercial, industrial and office developments.

My wife, Diane, and I then decided to raise our children in a Norman Rockwell environment by buying a farm and running a tiny popcorn company in a very small town. This business grew to a point where we exported popcorn in bulk and package form to 43 countries! In that rural stint of life I transacted the purchase of land, homes, and manufacturing plants to further our expansion needs. During these years our family playground was most often Madison, WI! So much so that our 3 children now live and work here in Madison! Diane and I both love Real Estate and so we decided that joining HomeTeam4u in the best part of the world would be exciting and fun!

Most of our leisure time is spent with family & friends enjoying sports and the abundant outdoor amenities in Madison. We love the music scene and traveling the world is our passion. Getting to meet new people and making new friends through Real Estate is so much fun that I can’t imagine doing anything else!
