A second generation Realtor, I graduated from LaFollette High School and went on to get a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Right after graduating, I joined my family’s real estate business with Stark Company Realtors, and the rest is history! I have dedicated much of my career to growing and expanding my real estate know-how. Establishing Victory Properties, LLC a real estate investment company in 1999 and Marquee Management Services,LLC in 2006 to include investment properties and rentals in my business. I use my extensive real estate knowledge to help my clients with a number of real estate needs, from selling their house or condo, luxury real estate, short sales and foreclosures to first-time home buyers and move up buyers. Past clients, referrals and repeat business currently comprise 83% of my business.
Besides the fact that my family’s roots are in the Madison real estate industry, I decided to enter the field because I truly enjoy helping people. Nothing gives me more joy than being able to watch a first-time home buyer’s excitement as they go through their first transaction or being able to help those struggling to keep their home get rid of a stressful burden. As an Accredited Staging Professional(ASP), I help sellers prepare their home for showings in order to display their property in the best possible way to get the best price in the shortest time frame.

When I'm not helping people buy, sell, rent or invest in real estate, you can find me running, ATVing or spending time in Cottage Grove with my husband, Matt and two boys, Caden and Carson and our golden retriever, Sadie.
