Congrats to Jared Wilhelm and Kelly Higsbee on the purchase of their new home in Lodi!
Jared and Kelly are both accountants who actually met through their work! They came to us looking for a new-to-them home that had large amounts of natural light and a lot of privacy. They rented in the past and were really looking for a quiet place where they could have as much privacy as they wanted.
At first, Jared did not want to go to the open house for this property, but we are so glad that Kelly was able to convince him as they wrote an offer right after they went!
We hope Jared, Kelly, and their cat are loving their new, secluded home!
