Our 4 Week Training Process
HomeTeam4u has created a streamlined 4-week training process that complements the pre-licensing course. This process has been proven to help our team members jump start their career to process a minimum of 24 transactions in their first year. Unlike other brokerages and teams, we start your professional training and development while you are taking the pre-licensing course. We find that agents who receive training early on are better prepared and more confident to meet with clients as soon as they receive licensing.
We provide a variety of training including videos, one-on-one systems training and coaching, and group training sessions. Our training includes script practice, contract certification, and mastery of our CRM software. All to ensure a smooth transition into real estate. Mentorship and shadowing opportunities are an important part of on the job training. Our team leaders offer 20+ years of real estate experience and provide personal coaching. Team members are always excited to bring agents in training along on various appointments and will show you the ropes when it comes to prospecting and contract negotiations as well.
INSIDE SALES PROSPECTING
A unique opportunity we offer during training is to be actively prospecting leads at a paid hourly rate. We train you week one on learning scripts, utilizing our CRM software, and reaching out to leads. We encourage prospecting 10-15 hours per week during your training. This inside sales prospecting involves reaching out to leads in our CRM that the other agents have not been able to touch base with. Your goal is to find out their home buying needs. Any leads you wish to work with in the near or far future are yours to nurture!
The State of Wisconsin requires all real estate agents to complete a 72-hour certification course. Our brokerage, Stark Company Realtors, offers reduced rates on each of the three course options provided by the Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA).

Includes books and licensed instructor-led training. Note: classroom courses are not offered regularly.
