Hi, I'm Hiba! I was born in Baghdad, Iraq, and moved to the United States in 2014. Growing up between two different cultures has shaped who I am today and taught me the importance of adaptability, hard work, and creating a place where you feel like you belong.

I'm currently double majoring in Marketing and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. I've always been interested in both the creative and business sides of real estate, and I'm excited to combine those interests while building my career and helping others through one of the biggest decisions they'll make.

Outside of real estate, I love reading historical fiction, sewing, finding a good matcha spot, and spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy the little things in life, whether it's getting lost in a good book, working on a sewing project, or exploring new places.
