"Hello, My name is Yengkong Xiong.

I grew up in Appleton, Wisconsin, and graduated from Fox Valley Technical College before moving to Madison to experience a bigger city feel with that small-town charm. In 2025, I made Madison home alongside my fiancée, and we’ve truly enjoyed everything the area has to offer.
Alongside real estate, I work full time as a carpenter building high-end residential homes throughout Dane County. This hands-on experience in construction gives me a unique advantage when helping clients evaluate a home’s quality, structure, and long-term potential.

My passion for real estate comes from a love of building genuine connections and helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions in their lives. I value trust, clear communication, and making the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing board games, hunting, fishing, and hiking throughout Wisconsin. I also enjoy exploring thrift shops and spending quality time with family and friends on the weekends."
